How It Works
FEES
MCLA Administrative fee: MCLA charges a small administrative fee of $150 per party, payable in advance of the mediation directly to MCLA by credit card or check. Initiating party will pay their administrative fee upon completion of the submission form. Opposing parties will be notified via email with a link to pay their administrative fee.
*Administrative services begin upon completion of the submission form and are earned; therefore, all administrative fee payments are non-refundable.
Mediator’s Fee: Refer to the Fee Schedule Reference Sheet.
*All parties will be required to sign a Mediation Agreement with the Mediator as well as a Confidentiality Agreement prior to the commencement of the mediation and any other required documents as requested by the mediator.
