In partnership with Bet Tzedek, MCLA proposes an innovative sponsorship model designed to expand access to justice through pre-packaged dispute resolution services. Each package includes five mediations and one arbitration , which Bet Tzedek attorneys can deploy at their discretion. This collaboration enhances the capacity of both organizations to serve vulnerable clients who need justice the most but can afford it the least.
