2) You may choose a Mediator or have MCLA recommend one
3) Pay $100 Fee per party
4) Pay Reduced Fee to Mediator
(No fees are due until case is assigned.)
Why Choose MCLA?
MCLA has been listed as a Resource Vendor for Civil Mediations to provide reduced-cost or no-cost mediations with attorney mediators.
All panel mediators have been carefully selected and meet the highest standards for mediating civil cases. They have at least 10 years of good standing with the State Bar of California and have practiced various specialized areas of law over long careers.
All have extensive training in mediation and experience mediating litigated cases. They have committed to act with the highest ethical standards of the mediation profession and to serve as neutrals with no conflict of interest in all cases.
Online Mediation
Our attorney mediators are Zoom certified and ready to conduct online mediations for everyone's convenience and safety.
With the Civil Courts almost shut down during this uncertain time and with face-to-face mediations not permitted, it is critical for the legal community and their clients to use online mediation services with mediators who are trained, qualified, and certified to use the Zoom program.
